!! Enchilada is an American Spanish word, meaning a tortilla rolled and stuffed with cheese, meat, or beans and served with a hot chili sauce.

“Enchilada”是一個美式西班牙語單詞，意思是玉米餅捲起來，塞滿了芝士、肉或豆類，再配上辣椒醬。
